The University of Derby Students’ Union is holding Re-Fresher’s Fair on Monday 1st February in the Atrium at the University of Derby Kedleston Road site, the Students’ Union and a number of other stalls including your Women’s Campaign, Dominos Pizza, poster sales and a number of local bars and clubs will be present from around 9.30am to offer our January starters the same start to their time at the University of Derby as September starters.
Please come along and have a chat with various Union representatives and collect up great deals and information to make your time here at Derby even better. The Women’s Campaign will be displaying sign- up sheets which anyone who self defines as a woman can add their name and contact details to in order to receive campaign updates and dates of meetings. I will also be showing off some of our already successful women’s campaigns and giving a sneak preview of things to come this year!

Lu Samson studies Environmental Science and Environmental Management and is in her third year at the University of Derby. Previously in post as Ethics and Environment officer she has been involved with the Union, and writing for Dusted, for some time.
